It was disappointing to experience such inconveniences in what seemed to be a promising environment.

I really enjoyed the spacious apartment feel of my stay. The kitchenette was a great touch for making quick meals. The grounds looked beautiful, and lounging around the pool was relaxing. The breakfast spread included a variety of tasty options, from omelettes to fried eggs. I encountered an issue with the air conditioning initially. it wasn't working correctly during the first night, which made sleep difficult. It took time to get a response from the staff about the issue, although they did eventually provide me with a new room. the staff was very attentive and made sure we felt welcomed, which added to the positive experience. I'd recommend it but hope they can improve on the maintenance side.
